He was released from ICE Custody after 6 months in detention and his wife filed a petition for him.  


Mexican citizen whose proceedings were reopened and terminated so he can attend his consular appointment in Ciudad Juarez.

He was given negative finding at a Reasonable Fear Interview by the Asylum Office that was vacated by an immigration judge.
